Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original accessories and components are included inside the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
